Who We Are

Jackson Landscaping is a locally-owned landscape design and installation company serving Jackson, TN and the surrounding Madison County area. We do design, installation, hardscape, tree care, mulch and bed work, irrigation, drainage, and ongoing maintenance for residential and commercial properties.

What Makes Us Different

Most landscape companies in town are either “guys with a mower” (great for lawn maintenance, limited beyond) or out-of-town design-builds that drive in, install, and never come back when something needs adjusting. We’re in the middle: full design and installation capability, but with local roots and accountability.

• We design before we build. Every install over a small refresh starts with a site visit and a written plan.
• We prep before we plant or pave. Soil amendment, proper base depth, drainage planning — the boring stuff that determines longevity.
• We answer the phone in three years. When a plant fails on warranty, when a paver lifts, when you want to add a phase — we’re still here.

The Range of Work We Do

Anything from a single mulch refresh to a multi-phase master plan with hardscape, irrigation, and lighting. We work on existing landscapes, new construction, commercial properties, and HOA common areas. We’re comfortable phasing larger projects over a year or two.

Insurance & Paperwork

We carry general liability and workers’ comp insurance. For commercial accounts we can name the management company or HOA as additional insured and send the COI before work begins. We can handle W-9 / vendor onboarding for property managers, and we’re prevailing-wage capable for public-sector projects when documentation is needed.
